Role Description
This position is a Contract/Consultant role with working hours typically from 9:00 am-6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Applicants should have an excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. We request that you submit your CV in English.

- Education: Business Administration and/or Legal.
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience.

Requirements
- Facilitate the onboarding process for vendors and perform thorough due diligence to guarantee an organized, compliant, and comprehensive intake.
- Keep precise vendor records while centralizing legal and operational documentation.
- Support contract negotiations to align with business objectives, mitigate risks, and optimize cost efficiencies.
- Monitor contracts, renewals, deliverables, and service requirements, notifying the supervising lead of any key deadlines or concerns.
- Evaluate vendor performance and promptly address any issues that arise.
- Escalate concerns related to documentation, compliance, service, or contracts when necessary.
- Foster effective vendor communications and support the ongoing management of relationships.
