Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in TCG sourcing, collectibles buying, trading, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of major TCG ecosystems (e.g., Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!) including set structures, rarity tiers, grading standards, and hobby trends
- Experience evaluating card condition and identifying high-value singles and sealed product opportunities
- Comfortable negotiating deals and working in fast-paced environments
- Highly organized with strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams
- A builder mindset—comfortable helping shape processes, categories, and new offerings
- Deep passion for the TCG community and an understanding of collector behavior and market dynamics
- Ability to travel occasionally (20%+) to major conventions, shows, and dealer visits to source inventory and represent the brand
