Job Description

• Develop YouTube-first concepts aligned with PrayerSong’s mission and emotional tone • Shape personal stories into clear, respectful, and compelling narrative arcs • Lead the end-to-end production process including planning, scripting, and post-production collaboration • Guide story development with empathy and sensitivity • Work closely with the editor to craft emotionally impactful final pieces • Ensure authenticity, warmth, and integrity in all storytelling • Collaborate with PrayerSong and Snowball teams on performance insights and format evolution • Manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables independently

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a video producer, documentary filmmaker, or narrative content creator
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating emotionally resonant storytelling
  • Experience producing YouTube-optimized long-form content
  • Exceptional ability to shape sensitive or personal stories with care
  • Highly self-directed and comfortable owning projects end to end
  • Strong collaboration skills across creative and mission-driven teams
  • Deep understanding of YouTube storytelling and audience engagement
