Job Requirements
- Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or People Operations
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a business or HR-related academic program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with different stakeholders
- A good sense of humor and positive attitude
- Nice to have: Early exposure to HR, recruiting, or people operations
- Comfort working with spreadsheets or data reporting tools.
Benefits
