Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8 or more years of program delivery, project management and/or process improvement
- 3 years or more of management experience
- Experience managing large scale projects/initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage stakeholders and hold them accountable for deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and navigate competing priorities
- High level of business acumen
- Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office XP products (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Master's Degree (Preferred)
- Knowledge and/or experience within the Stars Organization, Risk Adjustment and/or Provider (Preferred)
- PMP or CAPM Certification (Preferred)
- Lean or Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
