Job Description

• Monitor the Skool community daily for new posts, comments, and member activity. • Welcome new members within 24 hours of joining the community. • Respond to member questions, feedback, and concerns in a timely and supportive manner. • Foster meaningful discussions and encourage member participation. • Create and publish approximately 15 engagement posts per week. • Host Zoom-based orientation sessions twice per month for new members. • Submit weekly progress reports via Loom or Google video updates. • Monitor community engagement levels and identify members at risk of disengagement. • Maintain daily communication with the team via Google Chat.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in community management, social media management, customer support, or online engagement roles preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Friendly, proactive, and highly responsive communication style.
  • Experience managing or moderating online communities or membership groups is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with the team.
  • Passion for building positive online communities and supporting member success.
