Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, data analytics, or other applicable areas of study, or equivalent applicable work experience.
- 5 to 7 years proven experience as a Scrum Product Manager or similar product leadership role.
- Strong experience in defining and executing product strategies with a demonstrated track record of success in driving product growth.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with a strong ability to balance business needs and technical feasibility.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
- Proven business acumen and understanding of product performance metrics, P&L, and KPIs.
- Ability to travel up to 10% (Charlotte-based)/25% (non Charlotte-based) for team collaboration and customer engagement.
