Role Description
Perform pricing analysis and contract modeling to support payor negotiations and reimbursement rate implementation.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and analytical tools using platforms such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Analyze performance results against expectations, identify variances, and communicate insights to support data-driven decisions.
- Generate ad hoc analyses and reporting, tailoring outputs to stakeholders and presenting findings through PowerPoint and other formats.
- Support operational strategy and process improvements by organizing data and translating analytics into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics, financial analysis, or payor contract modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced experience in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Experience working with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Operations, Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Payor Contracting in a large or complex organization.
- Healthcare industry experience (radiology preferred) and familiarity with SQL tools, healthcare reimbursement methodologies, or coding is a plus.
