Job Requirements
- Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI Clearance which requires US Citizenship
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of general business and management principles
- Advanced analytical and qualitative research skills
- Ability to identify and resolve complex problems
- Ability to gather business and user requirements and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Skilled proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make effective recommendations in document management processes
- Solid organizational skills relevant to carrying out day-to-day responsibilities
- Detail-oriented with ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple projects and priorities

- Proven ability to perform under pressure and to adjust plans to meet changing needs
