Role Description
We’re looking for a talented and results-driven Senior Pricing Manager to join our Product Portfolio Strategy & Operations team. This role will be instrumental in driving initiatives around packaging design, pricing strategy, and pricing analytics to optimize monetization and fuel revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a wide array of responsibilities while working cross-functionally to ensure alignment and successful execution of pricing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Pricing and Packaging Strategies:
- Lead the end-to-end design and evolution of sophisticated pricing models.
- Architect packaging that simplifies complex portfolios into clear, value-driven offerings.
- Continuously refine these approaches to ensure alignment with long-term ARR targets and gross margin objectives.

AI-Augmented Analytics & Optimization:
- Design and implement AI-augmented analytics to monitor performance, track key metrics, and generate actionable insights.
- Drive process efficiency by focusing on automation and reporting, regularly translating data-driven findings into strategic recommendations for stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Serve as the strategic lead for pricing launches, bridging Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to arm field teams with value-based messaging and tools to defend price integrity and win high-stakes competitive evaluations.

Market and Competitive Intelligence:
- Monitor the evolving landscape to identify emerging pricing trends and movements.
- Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis to ensure pricing remains a strategic differentiator against incumbents and disruptors alike.
Qualifications
- A solid foundation (5+ years) in SaaS pricing, packaging; management consulting experience is a plus.
- Strong grasp of pricing frameworks and models such as subscription-based, usage-based, outcome-based, and tiered structures, and their real-world implications.
- Advanced data analysis and financial modeling skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Ability to communicate complex pricing insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with a collaborative approach to driving results and navigating challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier program is preferred.
