Role Description
Lattice is looking for a contract recruiter to support our hiring efforts over the next six months. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for 6 -10 requisitions at a time, primarily GTM roles in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to build strong pipelines, run efficient interview processes, and deliver an excellent candidate experience. This is a hands-on recruiting role ideal for someone who enjoys managing searches end-to-end and proactively sourcing candidates.
What You Will Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for open roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer stages
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Build diverse candidate pipelines through sourcing and inbound strategies
- Guide candidates through the interview process and ensure a high-quality candidate experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across People, Operations, and Total Rewards
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and workflows in the applicant tracking system
- Represent Lattice’s values and brand throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting
- Experience sourcing and closing candidates across a range of roles and seniority levels
- Experience recruiting in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally for GTM roles
- Strong hiring manager partnership and stakeholder communication skills
- A proactive, organized approach to managing multiple searches
- Comfort using recruiting data to evaluate pipeline health and improve results
- Experience with an ATS such as Greenhouse, Ashby, or Lever

Hourly Rate
$65–$75 per hour, depending on experience. This role is expected to be 40 hours per week and is expected to run for approximately six months.
