Role Description

Avetta is seeking a Global Compliance Program Manager to drive execution, coordination, and operational excellence across global compliance initiatives. This is a newly established role to support continued growth and will focus on program-level delivery, cross-functional alignment, and performance visibility, ensuring regulatory and content initiatives are delivered predictably, efficiently, and at scale.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused individual contributor role that partners closely with the Director of Global Compliance, Global Compliance Project Managers, Regional Leads, and cross-functional global teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, systems-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced SaaS environment with evolving processes and dependencies.

Reporting to the Director of Global Compliance, this role operates across geographies and functions to own the Global Compliance Content Management (GCCM) ecosystem. You’ll manage integrated roadmaps, align dependencies across multiple workstreams, and drive transparent communication at all levels. Beyond project delivery, you’ll oversee program-level goals such as audit readiness, regulatory change impact, and continuous improvement initiatives. This includes tracking compliance metrics, identifying opportunities for automation and scalability, and ensuring governance processes are embedded across every release cycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Operations, Technology, Compliance, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in Program Management within a SaaS, technology, or regulated environment
  • Strong experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client-facing teams
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs with shifting priorities and dependencies
  • Strong systems thinking and comfort operating with ambiguity while building structure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready status reporting
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused
  • Advanced experience with JIRA, Confluence, Wrike, and related planning tools
  • Familiarity with KPI development, operational dashboards, and performance reporting
  • Experience working with compliance, HSE, ESG, or regulated content domains is strongly preferred
  • PMP, Agile, Six Sigma or similar certifications are a plus
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus

Requirements

  • Own program-level planning, coordination, and execution of global compliance and regulatory content initiatives
  • Maintain the master GCCM roadmap, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery status across multiple workstreams
  • Partner with Global Compliance Project Managers and Regional Leads to ensure consistent execution and sequencing of initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across Product, Engineering, Localization, Sales, Supplier Support and Client-facing teams
  • Establish and maintain standardized program artifacts including intake tracking, timelines, status reports, and decision logs
  • Drive operational cadence through recurring forums, status updates, and stakeholder touchpoints (weekly, monthly, quarterly as appropriate)
  • Track and report on program-level KPIs including throughput, turnaround time, SLA adherence, and automation readiness
  • Partner with Data & Reporting resources to define metrics, validate data integrity, and support dashboard development
  • Support governance and escalation by surfacing risks, blockers, and tradeoffs to leadership with clear recommendations
  • Enable compliance automation initiatives by coordinating inputs across GCCM, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Ensure alignment between regulatory intent, operational execution, and system implementation timelines
  • Support UAT, release readiness, and rollout coordination across compliance-related initiatives
  • Document and continuously improve program management processes, workflows, and tooling through knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and operational maturity
  • Champion and support initiatives that advocate our position as global supply chain safety and sustainability experts by ensuring compliance initiative aligns with industry-leading standards

Benefits

  • Salary range: $98,500 - $120,000 per year, with a potential bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), and PTO
