Role Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Product Marketing Specialist (Contractor) to support high-impact product marketing initiatives across our product portfolio. This role sits at the center of product launches and go-to-market execution. You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Partner Success, Marketing, and Creative teams to bring the product value proposition and new enhancements to market with clarity and confidence.
This is an opportunity to directly influence how educators and district leaders understand and experience some of the most widely used digital learning solutions in K–12 education.
In This Role You Will:

Drive Product Storytelling
- Translate product messaging into compelling, customer-centered content and collateral
- Develop and refine one-pagers, messaging briefs, and sales enablement tools
- Support website messaging updates and positioning documentation
- Integrate competitive insights and proof points into field-ready materials
- Create customer facing print collateral in Canva under support launch/release

Support Launch & Release Execution
- Help coordinate cross-functional launch deliverables
- Draft internal release briefs and sales summaries
- Support customer-facing communications and enablement materials
- Track timelines and ensure launch readiness across stakeholders

Elevate Sales Readiness
- Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and actionable for the field
- Support updates that improve sales confidence and competitive differentiation
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in Product Marketing or a related marketing role
- Experience supporting SaaS or digital product launches
- Experience in K–12 education or EdTech
- Legal right to work in the United States
Requirements
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with curriculum-aligned or instructional products
