The Pharmacy Technician I-Bilingual will interpret and enter basic prescriptions, process prior authorizations, and troubleshoot adjudication issues. Key duties include verifying member information, educating members on pharmacy rules, processing prior authorization requests, and responding to inquiries from physicians and members.

The role involves coordinating and documenting all aspects of the utilization and benefit management program while evaluating members' needs and eligibility. It also includes implementing care plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality of care through a holistic approach.

The clinician will assess patient health status, review clinical data, provide medication management, and collaborate with the care team to improve outcomes for patients with diabetes and chronic conditions via telehealth. Duties include conducting monthly patient visits, managing medication/insulin adjustments guided by ADA standards, and providing diabetes education.

Coaches will impact positive lifestyle changes by assisting individuals in setting and achieving goals related to fitness, nutrition, weight, stress, health, and life issue management. This coaching is delivered telephonically and via e-coaching, driven by comprehensive Health Risk Assessment results reviewed by health professionals.
