• Design P2P processes for buying transportation capacity, 3rd-party logistics services, facility services, and specialized healthcare packaging (insulated containers, dry ice, monitoring devices). • Configure contracts, scheduling agreements, and service procurement to manage carrier agreements, DC services, and external warehousing providers. • Set up supplier evaluation and approval processes aligned with vendor qualification for handling healthcare products and cold-chain materials. • Integrate procurement with inventory management and FI/CO to ensure accurate accruals, cost allocation to DCs/routes, and visibility of logistics cost drivers. • Support conversion of purchasing data (vendors, source lists, contracts) from legacy SAP to S/4HANA and testing of P2P scenarios relevant to logistics. • Collaborate with network planning, operations, and finance to align procurement strategies with capacity plans and service levels.
