Position Summary (Remote to MN/WI residents only)
The ERP & Enterprise Applications Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system(s) and other Enterprise applications. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure the application(s) effectively supports business processes, data integrity, and organizational goals.
Education:
*Bachelor's degree in a related area. Equivalent experience in a related area may substitute degree.
Required Experience:
*5+ years experience working in a functional, systems or ERP support role
*5 years Management/supervisory experience leading an applications team
*Experience leading ERP or systems-related projects
*Experience coordinating work with external ERP consultants or IT service providers
Preferred Experience:
*ERP experience within a Healthcare environment
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
*Experience with the enterprise software applications.
*Demonstrated ability to manage a team and prioritize multiple assignments, tasks and projects and consistently meet deadlines.
*Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate work schedules and projects.
*Ability to effectively lead through changing priorities.
*Ability to take responsibility and accountability.
*Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively and build productive relationships with clinicians, operational leaders, IT partners, vendors, and other organizational stakeholders.
*Strong written and verbal and presentation skills to effectively converse with individuals of different levels of business and technical knowledge.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to demonstrate user needs against current system capabilities and propose valid solutions. Aptitude for learning new software tools and products.
*Demonstrated effectiveness in leadership, management, planning, estimating, and organizational skills.

The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. Annual salaries displayed are based on full-time employment (40 standard hrs per week). Annual salaries for part-time positions will be prorated based on the employee’s scheduled weekly hours in relation to the full-time standard. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs.
In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
