Role Description
The Senior Recruiting Manager leads and develops a high‑performing team of operations recruiters to deliver scalable, high‑quality hiring across multiple departments and locations. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this role owns the recruiting function end‑to‑end, from process and strategy design to technology optimization, vendor management, performance measurement, and stakeholder alignment. Operating as a strategic partner to senior leadership and a trusted advisor to hiring managers, the Senior Recruiting Manager shapes workforce plans, builds talent pipelines, and elevates employer brand and candidate experience to meet business growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6–10 years of people management experience in recruiting/talent acquisition or related fields, leading teams in fast‑paced, multi‑site environments
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, interviewing strategies, and pipeline development
- Proven experience managing external recruiting vendors, agencies, and job boards
- Familiarity with ATS and recruiting technologies (CRM, sourcing tools) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to travel up to 25%

- Lead and develop the team:
- Mentor, coach, and performance‑manage recruiters; set goals, run operating rhythms, and cultivate a high‑performance, service‑oriented culture.
- Build scalable recruiting process and strategy:
- Design, implement, and continuously refine end‑to‑end recruiting workflows, best practices, and playbooks aligned to growth objectives.
- Optimize talent technology:
- Oversee ATS/CRM usage and integration; evaluate and implement tools that improve sourcing, funnel velocity, reporting, and candidate experience.
- Own recruiting operations and performance:
- Manage day‑to‑day department execution; define and monitor KPIs (time‑to‑hire, quality‑of‑hire, funnel health) and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers:
- Align on workforce plans, prioritize roles, and ensure clear intake, calibration, and consistent execution against staffing targets.
- Champion employer brand and candidate experience:
- Ensure consistent, high‑quality touchpoints from first contact to offer; activate brand messaging across channels and events.
- Drive recruiting analytics and reporting:
- Produce dashboards and insights to inform strategy, highlight risks, and guide resourcing decisions across portfolios.
- Oversee vendors and external partnerships:
- Select, negotiate, and manage agencies and job boards; track performance, ensure ROI, and adjust the mix to meet hiring goals.
