Job Description
• Lead DBS transformation across the global supply chain using core DBS tools
• Coach and influence leaders through L2 operating mechanisms
• Facilitate kaizens to identify root causes, eliminate waste, and accelerate performance across end‑to‑end operations
• Support Policy Deployment by developing bowler charts, action plans, countermeasures
• Analyze KPIs and collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing to close performance gaps
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Lean, continuous improvement, or process transformation
- Demonstrated experience applying Lean methodologies and DBS/Lean tools
- Proven experience improving KPIs in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, or Productivity
- Experience influencing teams and driving change across global, cross‑functional environments
- Strong capability in structured problem solving, process analysis, and project management.
