• Develop and execute contract strategies across multiple programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to government regulations • Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication with key internal and external stakeholders, addressing contractual issues, changes, and correspondence with customers • Provide expert guidance on contract negotiation and administration while advising senior management on business and contractual matters • Maintain accurate contract records, lead process improvements, and champion operational excellence in contract management practices • Report directly to the Associate Director, Contracts within the Multi-Domain Assured Navigation and Timing Applications mission area and serve as their primary backup
