Role Description

This is a remote position.

As an Executive Closer at Fusion Growth Partners, your core mission is to be the decisive force – the ultimate deal-maker who directly impacts new investment acquisition and transaction volume growth for Fusion’s expansion. This is where strategy meets execution, where potential is transformed into tangible success through a successful partnership agreement. Your mission is to negotiate investment deals with potential new clients, close the deal, and ultimately slay the dragon!

The income potential for this commission-based, revenue-sharing role is a reward for valor, typically starting at $70,000 annually. But as your skills in negotiating deals grow, you can realistically command $250,000 annually or more within your first two years!

Your two main functions will be:

  • Investment / Partner Acquisition (The Heroic Close): You will be the crucial point of connection, meticulously qualifying potential business candidates and delivering a precise, compelling explanation of our unique investment model. When a candidate's desire to partner with Fusion ignites, you will be the architect of the "deal"—a collaborative, strategic process that prioritizes mutual growth.
  • Partnership Deal Finalization & Hand off: Once a partnership is agreed upon, your role is to ensure the seamless finalization of the investment agreement and a smooth transition to our dedicated Partner Success and Operations teams. You will be fanatically obsessed with the successful closure of every investment opportunity and must be prepared to debate and negotiate with the potential client.

  • Confidently present groundbreaking ideas and concepts.
  • Experience in the residential real estate industry is helpful but not required.
