• You will work closely with the internal podcast team to develop scripts for short-form narrative and interview-driven episodes. • Own scriptwriting for podcast episodes from story framing through final script delivery. • Structure episodes with strong narrative arcs, hooks, and transitions. • Translate research and expert insights into clear, engaging storytelling. • Write host narration, introductions, and closing reflections. • Research guests and develop interview frameworks and question guides. • Edit interview transcripts into cohesive narrative segments. • Collaborate with producers and editors to refine pacing, tone, and clarity. • Work cross-functionally with production, editorial, and social teams to ensure stories translate well across audio, video, and social formats.
