Role Description

The Senior SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting Analyst (“Sr Analyst”) will assist in the preparation of all financial statements and related disclosures for SEC filings under US GAAP. The Sr Analyst will communicate with accounting, finance, and other departments in order to obtain necessary documentation to prepare the financial statements and related disclosures.

• The SEC reporting group also completes financial statements and reporting requirements for statutory audit procedures required for various locations and other compliance reporting.
• The Sr Analyst will participate in researching and detailing technical accounting analyses of transactions, accounting policies, and implementing new accounting standards.
• The Sr Analyst may also be involved in other corporate accounting projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEC reporting and technical accounting.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in financial reporting software.
