Role Description

As Head of Campaigns and Content at CYPHER (Director or Sr. Director, dependent on experience), you will lead the development and orchestration of integrated marketing campaigns and high-impact content programs that strengthen market visibility and generate qualified pipeline. You will shape how CYPHER communicates its category-defining position as the AI-powered system built for distributed organizations training employees, partners, customers, dealers, and agents at scale.

This role blends strategic narrative development, demand generation alignment, and operational execution, ensuring campaigns translate business priorities into clear market impact while reinforcing CYPHER’s differentiated position. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align messaging, support growth priorities, and bring consistency across market-facing programs.

  • Build and manage campaign calendars aligned to priority market segments, ensuring programs launch with clear objectives, coordinated timing, and measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Prioritize campaign and content investments against business goals, ensuring resources are focused on programs with the highest potential pipeline and market impact.
  • Translate market priorities into campaign briefs, content plans, and activation strategies that support demand generation across digital and third-party channels.
  • Oversee development of website content, sales enablement materials, customer proof points, analyst-facing assets, and thought leadership that support both brand credibility and pipeline progression.
  • Design segment-specific programs for distributed organization environments, including dealer networks, franchise systems, and partner ecosystems, with messaging tailored to operational realities and buyer needs.
  • Guide the creation of executive-level content, webinars, industry reports, and AI-focused narratives that strengthen market relevance and support enterprise sales conversations.
  • Establish performance measures across campaign engagement, content effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and conversion trends, using insights to refine strategy and improve results.
  • Partner across internal teams to maintain consistency in message, campaign priorities, launch readiness, and go-to-market execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, content impact, and channel effectiveness as market needs evolve.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
  • 12+ years of B2B marketing experience, including leadership responsibility for campaign strategy, content development, and integrated demand generation programs required.
  • Strong track record in SaaS marketing, ideally within enterprise or mid-market software environments where messaging and campaigns support complex buying decisions required.
  • Strong understanding of multi-stakeholder buying cycles, including enablement, channel, franchise, or other distributed business models preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build integrated campaigns that generate measurable pipeline impact and support revenue growth.
  • Experience positioning AI-enabled or technology-forward solutions in competitive markets, translating product differentiation into clear market value.
  • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to convert product capabilities into clear narratives for customers, senior leaders, analysts, and external stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach to decision making, with experience using performance insights to optimize campaigns, content effectiveness, and market outcomes.
  • Proven ability to work across Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging, priorities, and go-to-market execution.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capability under pressure, including the composure to investigate issues, adapt as priorities shift, and drive effective resolution during critical situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, enabling effective prioritization and management of multiple support requests.
  • Customer-focused mindset, positive attitude, and a willingness to continuously learn and expand technical skills.
