Job Description
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in the Asset Management module of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations). This role leads end-to-end ERP implementations focused on maintenance, asset lifecycle management, work orders, preventive maintenance, and equipment performance.
- Lead the Asset Management (EAM) Workstream for the full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation Program.
- The EAM Application Suite team leader and primary point-of-contact for the EAM Application Suite project.
- Responsible for keeping the EAM Application Suite Project Executive Sponsor informed throughout the life of the EAM Application Suite project.
- Responsible for delivering the project to the approved scope, requirements, resources, and timelines while adhering to the GCPUD Project Management Framework.
- Responsible for leading and monitoring Risk Management activities throughout the life of the EAM Application Suite project and coordinating and communicating Risk Management activities to the relevant stakeholders.
- Reviews the Risk Response Plans with the Business Owner.
- Responsible for monitoring and communicating project goals and KPIs as set forth in the Program Management Plan.
- Proactively communicates effectively and professionally with all GCPUD members and their vendors.
- Partners with the EAM Business Owner in managing project activities.
- Manages the day-to-day EAM Application Suite project activities to deliver the business benefits outlined by the EAM Application Suite Project Executive Sponsor.
- Applies the established program methodology and standards to manage the Asset Management workstream.
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of Process and Technology transformation project management experience.
- Strong understanding of asset management processes: preventive maintenance, work orders, inspections, asset tracking, and operational equipment.
- Proven ability to lead multi-phase ERP implementation projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to adapt methodology and approach to program standards.
- Flexible and resilient in response to setbacks and challenges.
- Can quickly understand processes.

- Telecom or Utility industry experience (Nice to Have).
- P6 (Nice to Have).
- Orchestra (Nice to Have).
- Azure Dev Ops (Nice to Have).
