Role Description

The Certified Payroll & Labor Compliance Coordinator is responsible for managing certified payroll and compliance documentation, assisting with project onboarding, and completing assigned certified payroll reporting. This role includes cross-training functions and maintaining audit-ready documentation for all assigned projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage certified payroll and apply accurate prevailing wage and fringe requirements.
  • Submit required documents and verify forms for all projects.
  • Maintain documentation and perform monthly non-performance reporting.
  • Assist with project intake and setup, including rate verification and folder creation.
  • Oversee certified payroll submissions for mid- and high-complexity projects.
  • Submit reports to LCPTracker, EMars, IDOL, and client-specific portals.
  • Cross-train as backup for IRA reporting.
  • Maintain organized, complete, and audit-ready files.
  • Respond promptly to documentation requests from contractors and auditors.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of certified payroll and prevailing wage rules.
  • Understanding Davis-Bacon and IRA requirements.
  • Fast learner with ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Proficient in Excel, LCPTracker, and compliance portals.
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
