Job Description

• Learn and become an advanced user of our client’s payroll (ADP Workforce Now, Rippling and/or Paylocity) and SalesForce CRM technologies • Execute and manage the entire payroll process for your assigned clients while achieving quality of service ratings of 9+ on your client surveys • Accurately and efficiently process various payroll administration tasks for our clients in a timely manner such as prorating pay, calculating final pay, multi-state tax withholding, garnishments, and reports requests. • Experience with commissions, bonuses, stock compensation & expense reimbursement entries • Assist with Workers Comp, 401k, and financial audits as required • Excel Skills – must be comfortable with vlookup and pivots • Build strong relationships with your client contacts and colleagues based on mutual trust and respect and a shared desire to achieve excellent results

Job Requirements

  • This position requires someone who enjoys working with numbers and doesn’t mind the pressure of managing payroll for our clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with multi-client payrolls and payroll technologies.
  • A college degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Payroll Accounting a plus.
  • FPC/CPP Certification a plus.
