• Drive administrative project deliverables for Engagement Teams • Work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment • Organize and oversee key stages of the executive search process • Create high-quality documentation, presentations, and correspondence • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within ZRG’s proprietary database • Manage the lifecycle of search projects • Monitor search projects using Salesforce • Build and foster relationships with candidates and clients • Arrange and coordinate candidate interviews and related travel • Provide continuous support throughout client engagements • Identify potential challenges and develop contingency plans as needed • Review and prepare delivery documentation for accuracy and completeness • Maintain accurate records of candidate interviews and client meetings • Facilitate professional communications with clients, candidates, and colleagues • Use analytical skills to resolve challenges and ensure smooth engagement operations • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines • Support Engagement leaders and manage engagement progress.
