- Lead the planning and execution of large, complex, and multi‑project initiatives by defining project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and objectives to ensure successful delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client project management, managing stakeholder expectations, securing alignment and approvals, and balancing client and company priorities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Direct and organize cross‑functional project teams, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and alignment to deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Monitor project performance through metrics, proactively managing scope changes, risks, budgets, schedules, and quality, and implementing corrective actions or alternative paths as needed.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, expanded scope, and future business growth by contributing to presentations, proposals, and sales efforts, while overseeing assigned project personnel.
Qualifications
- Twelve or more years of project planning/management experience.
- Twelve (12) or more years of experience in project planning and management, including managing large, complex initiatives.
- Strong experience with project management methodologies, tools, and practices, including budget development, planning, controls, assurance, project management software, and finance and accounting concepts.
- Proven ability to apply productivity, delivery assurance, and methodology tools to improve project efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes.
- Experience supporting end‑to‑end project delivery, including administrative processes, client vision and business objectives, and techniques related to architecture, development, integration, and deployment across project phases.

- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
