Role Description
We are looking for a Remote Marketing Specialist with Staffing Industry experience to support creative production, digital content execution, marketing operations, and field-level campaign coordination.
The Marketing Specialist blends graphic design, content deployment, email marketing, digital updates, and marketing workflow management to ensure consistent brand execution across 100+ branch locations. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional communication, high-volume task management, and the flexibility to support both large-scale strategic campaigns and daily marketing operations.
Responsibilities

Campaign & Design
- Create and produce monthly flyer campaigns in partnership with the copywriter and marketing team.
- Design ongoing graphic assets to support 100+ branches nationwide.
- Manage digital assets and uphold brand standards across all materials.
- Produce the annual marketing calendar for national distribution.
- Execute InDesign-based projects, including white papers and training documents.
- Oversee Canva team files and maintain template consistency.
- Design PowerPoint presentations and develop branded templates.
- Manage companywide email signature templates and updates.

Content & Digital Execution
- Update blog posts and perform simple website edits as needed.
- Maintain and update intranet/SharePoint pages for internal communication.
- Build, design, and schedule email marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage QR codes, landing links, and redirects.
- Provide social media advertising support when required.

Marketing Operations & Field Support
- Coordinate field-level marketing requests for targeted campaigns.
- Manage online review responses and branch listing verification.
- Assist with quick turn copy and design requests during high-volume periods.
- Support branch recruitment advertising needs as assigned.

- Base Salary of $60k, with a 6-month review for potential increase
- Compensation is determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.
- This role may also be eligible for overtime (if non-exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay, depending on the position.
