Job Requirements
- RN-Bachelor's Level Degree REQUIRED
- Registered Nurse preferred
- Licensed mental health professional (LMHP) certification preferred
- Case Management- 3 years REQUIRED
- Supervisory- Previous Experience preferred
- Health Plan and LTSS experience is a must
