Role Description
Array Behavioral Care is hiring 100% virtual Psychiatrists to provide measurement-based, culturally humble episodic care to patients in acute crisis across various settings and states. You will immerse yourself in the buzz of emergency departments, hospital medical floors, or crisis stabilization units from the comfort of your own home. Array Emergency Psychiatrists collaborate with onsite professionals to determine a timely disposition and use evidence-based practices to provide care to vulnerable individuals experiencing mental health crises.
Evenings include shifts between 2:00PM and 12:00AM EST.
Array will support getting additional state licensure for active, board-certified, or board-eligible Psychiatrists. If you don't see a job posting in a state you are actively licensed in, please feel free to apply.
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist
- Unrestricted, independent licensure
- Established and updated CAQH and FCVS profiles
- Experience providing psychiatric care to all age groups
- Treating patients in acute crisis and providing stabilizing treatment in 24/7 settings
- Communicating with patients from various backgrounds and providing culturally competent care
- Experience working with multiple EMRs at the same time
- Advanced technical proficiency, including using hardware (Laptop, camera, monitors), Windows systems, Microsoft software, and EMR software over several years of experience in telehealth
- You thrive in a supportive, collaborative, solutions-oriented, and inclusive environment

- 100% remote position
- Required to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentiality
- You will likely be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses. We will support that process and cover the costs and/or reimburse for out-of-pocket expenses.
Benefits
- The pay range for this role is $150 - $195 an hour.
- This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using current market data. The final offer will be determined based on an individual's skills, years of experience, education, capacity, licenses, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
- Regardless of hours worked per week, you are eligible to enroll in our 401k, corporate wellness programs, and access to our Array’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- Beginning at 24 hours per week you become eligible for CME credits and FlexTime, which can be used for any requested time off, including but not limited to vacation, holidays, personal and sick time.
