This role builds trust-based relationships while acting as a liaison between clinicians and internal teams to resolve operational issues and support a seamless experience.

Clinician Onboarding Coordinator supporting onboarding processes for Array Behavioral Care

The coordinator supports efficient revenue cycle operations by assisting with accounts receivable, addressing workflow issues, and ensuring accurate processing of billing tasks for internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and billing systems. Key duties include managing demographic and insurance queues, validating coverage, refiling claims, researching denials, and handling patient billing inquiries professionally.

The role involves providing virtual therapy and counseling services to diverse individuals while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement treatment plans. Clinicians must also maintain accurate documentation and deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a secure, remote setting.
