Job Description

• Lead strategic growth across complex regional and national customers • Own the plan, shape the strategy, and deliver results that matter • Develop and execute customer‑specific growth strategies aligned with retailer and manufacturer priorities • Own annual and quarterly business planning, guiding Customer Managers to optimize execution • Analyze promotions, trade spend, forecasts vs. actuals, and volume trends • Enable and coach Customer Managers, measuring effectiveness and elevating performance • Leverage Nielsen and syndicated data to inform strategic and tactical trade decisions • Ensure strong trade fund management, transparency, and ROI focus • Conduct pre‑ and post‑event analysis and ad‑hoc financial assessments

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year university
  • 3-7+ years of progressive experience in sales or marketing
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, align, and lead through others without direct authority
  • Highly developed relationship‑building, networking, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated strength in sales strategy, business planning, and strategic thinking
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands, manage ambiguity, and consistently deliver on commitments
  • Hands‑on experience working with Nielsen and other syndicated data sources
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in financial analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience leading or overseeing Trade Specialists or similar roles preferred
  • English required; bilingual skills a plus based on business needs.
