Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years experience in Payroll/Total Rewards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools.
- Experience with compensation management tools (e.g. Salary.com/CompAnalyst) or HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural, global environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compensation regulations in United States, Philippines, and India markets preferred.
