Job Description

• Own research and market mapping strategy across multiple retained searches • Conduct first-round executive interviews and lead the majority of first-stage assessments • Exercise strong judgment in candidate calibration and advancement decisions • Play an active role in client update calls, presenting market insights and candidate recommendations • Mentor Associates and Associate Directors • Maintain high standards of quality, rigor, and execution

Job Requirements

  • Directors typically manage six concurrent searches and deliver approximately 14+ searches annually.
  • Must have experience in conducting first-round executive interviews and leading first-stage assessments.
  • Experience in exercising strong judgment in candidate calibration and advancement decisions.
  • Ability to play an active role in client update calls, presenting market insights and candidate recommendations.
  • Must have experience in mentoring Associates and Associate Directors.
  • Must maintain high standards of quality, rigor, and execution.
