Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of oral solid dose (OSD) drug development and commercial manufacturing processes
- Working knowledge of GMP requirements, quality systems, and regulatory expectations
- Ability to interpret technical data, batch records, and manufacturing requirements
- Familiarity with tech transfer, validation, and commercial supply operations
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts and long-cycle commercial relationships
- Experience negotiating term sheets, pricing, and commercial supply agreements
- Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, revenue planning, and capacity management
- Skilled in opportunity qualification and pipeline management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build trust‑based relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
- Strong presentation and client‑facing skills
- Skilled at managing expectations and navigating sensitive commercial discussions
- Strong project management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in identifying risks and solutions
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with operations, quality, supply chain, legal, and finance
- Strategic thinker with a solution‑oriented mindset
- Self‑motivated and comfortable in a fast‑growing, dynamic environment
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for client success and revenue outcomes
- Demonstrated success in negotiating commercial agreements or long‑term supply contracts
- Track record of managing cross‑functional teams or complex technical projects
- Experience with CRM systems, forecasting tools, and pipeline reporting
