Job Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of process improvement analysts/managers • Build a high-performing team culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement • Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of project commitments • Develop and execute a multi-year process improvement roadmap aligned to organizational priorities • Identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities to streamline processes • Use data and analytics to quantify impacts and support decision-making • Lead large cross-functional projects using structured improvement methodologies • Oversee project scoping, charter development, and stakeholder alignment • Ensure projects deliver measurable outcomes in cost savings, quality, and customer experience • Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs • Communicate project progress, risks, and results to executive stakeholders • Drive change management efforts to ensure adoption • Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and controls • Track and report KPI performance and benefits realization • Ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • 7+ years of experience in process improvement or related field
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)
  • Experience in healthcare, retail, pharmacy, or regulated industries (preferred)
  • Familiarity with automation and process mapping tools (preferred)
  • Experience with large-scale change management (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
