Job Description
Job Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or business intelligence
- Strong SQL skills and experience building scalable transformation pipelines
- Hands-on experience with modern analytics engineering tools (dbt or similar highly preferred)
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery strongly preferred)
- Experience designing data models that power BI tools such as Looker, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar
- Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, semantic layers, and analytics data architecture
- Experience building reliable data pipelines and implementing data testing/validation frameworks
- Comfort working closely with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders
- Experience supporting experimentation, growth analytics, or product analytics is a strong plus
- Familiarity with data structures required for machine learning or AI-driven analytics is a plus
- Strong documentation habits and a commitment to building trusted analytics infrastructure.

This role involves developing and operationalizing an EHR data strategy to meet organizational information needs, which includes identifying requirements, assessing impacts, and recommending technology solutions. The manager will guide and train staff, manage the implementation of data and analytics tools, and oversee project execution within time and cost constraints.
The manager will translate analytical findings into forward-looking recommendations, develop forecasting models, and build predictive models for user segmentation and growth drivers. They will also serve as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional leaders and mentor analysts on analytical approaches and best practices.
The Senior Manager will lead and develop a team of approximately six analysts, guiding them to expand their impact and grow their careers. This role involves acting as a strategic partner across the business to shape experiments, define metrics, and translate data into actionable insights.
