Job Description
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales incentives compensation, finance, FP&A, or related analytical roles
- Experience managing incentive accruals, forecasting, or commission expense modeling
- Strong understanding of sales compensation structures and incentive plan mechanics
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Strong Excel or financial modeling tools expertise
- Experience working with compensation management or financial planning systems is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear business insights
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Sales Operations, and leadership teams
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and financial controls.
