Job Description

• Uplift the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Marketplace Chaplains in daily activities. • Provide direction to the regional chaplain team, developing and reviewing key performance indicators. • Partner with other national operations team members to develop strategic initiatives and standardize best practices. • Oversee chaplain teams, develop relationships, and provide resources and training to support the team. • Collaborate in hiring, recruitment, and development of regional staff while ensuring employee care solutions. • Schedule and maintain communication with clients and potential clients through various channels. • Develop regional service reports and utilize data for business tactics to ensure growth. • Establish and implement organizational goals and assess programmatic effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline; 7 years of directly related experience in a nonprofit or faith-based organization; 5 years’ experience in a leadership role overseeing client relations.
  • Knowledge of Digital Care Platform (DCP) and/or CRM systems to manage client relations, service delivery, and conduct analyses.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, establish relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated skill in working independently, prioritizing assignments, and completing work under pressure.
  • Ability to analyze information and identify solutions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Digital Care Platform (DCP), CRM systems, and other related software.
  • Must have an active state driver’s license and state minimum auto insurance.
