- 10 years of employee relations or other related experience
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency
- Preferred: PHR or SPHR Certification
- Experience in multi-state, multi-unit operations in restaurant, retail or hospitality industry
- Preferred: merger, acquisition and/or divestiture experience

The advisor will manage the day-to-day service queue by triaging requests, providing excellent customer support, and partnering with HR program owners to deliver high-touch service resolution. They will also support and improve employee and candidate data changes across HR and Talent Acquisition systems, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
