Role Description

Ridgeline International is seeking a Talent Management Intern to join our team for the summer of 2026. In this role, you will gain firsthand experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and employee development. Working alongside our talent management professionals, you will contribute to programs and strategies that help Ridgeline attract, develop, and retain exceptional people.

What You Will Do

  • Support the talent acquisition team with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
  • Assist with the development and execution of employee development programs and training initiatives
  • Help track and analyze workforce metrics, including turnover data, engagement survey results, and performance trends
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Research talent management best practices and industry benchmarks
  • Assist with succession planning activities and organizational development projects
  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to performance review cycles and talent calibration sessions

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work with data and draw insights from workforce analytics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Genuine interest in talent strategy, employee development, and organizational culture

Bonus Points If You Have the Following

  • Prior internship or experience in recruiting, talent management, or human resources
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or talent management platforms
  • Coursework in organizational behavior, industrial/organizational psychology, or workforce planning

Requirements

  • Must be capable of remaining stationary for 50% of the time; occasional movement within the office environment may be required
  • The role involves continuous interaction with computers and other office productivity equipment
