Role Description

As a Benefits Advisor, you’ll meet with individuals and families virtually, helping them understand their financial protection options. Your role is simple but powerful: educate, guide, and support people as they make important decisions for their future.

• Connect with individuals and families through scheduled virtual meetings
• Explain programs and financial protection options in a friendly, supportive way
• Help clients complete applications and guide them through the process
• Stay organized by keeping track of client information and following up when needed
• Continuously learn about products and best practices so you can confidently help clients
• Set personal goals and track your progress
