Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in proposal management, project coordination, or a related role
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with document management systems and collaboration tools (i.e. – GovDash and Govly).
- Basic understanding of Adobe Acrobat for document formatting and editing.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Experience in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with proposal management software or tools.
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
