The People Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to leaders, aligning talent strategies with business priorities and addressing workforce challenges while leading functional responsibility within the Talent Management & Development portfolio. Specific duties include designing and implementing enterprise talent solutions related to workforce planning, compliance, employee relations, and learning and development.
This role manages most human resources operations tasks related to recruitment, hiring, onboarding, compliance, and performance management within the PEO platform (TriNet), while championing the organization’s culture of inclusion, accountability, and learning. The manager will enhance current systems, translate strategic goals into actionable daily practices, and ensure a consistent employee experience across all lifecycle phases.
