Job Description
itD is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and oversee complex, high-value technology engagements that drive operational excellence and business growth. This role plays a critical part in aligning cross-functional teams, managing intricate project lifecycles, and ensuring successful delivery of large, multi-stakeholder initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in enterprise technology project management and a track record of delivering complex, high-visibility projects with measurable business impact.
Location: Remote within the United States; preferred locations include EST/CT regions such as Chicago, Florida, RTP, or Texas.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders while facilitating strategic discussions, project reviews, and decision-making sessions.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across teams including sales, engineering, legal, finance, and operations to drive project progress and ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and strategic roadmaps while monitoring milestones and proactively addressing roadblocks.
• Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to executive leadership and stakeholders through clear reporting and presentations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing contingency plans and escalating critical concerns when necessary.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies, governance practices, and operational processes.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and financial considerations associated with large strategic initiatives.
Internal Responsibilities:
• Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
• Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
• Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
• Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• 5–7+ years of project management experience, including managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology initiatives or strategic programs.
• Proven experience engaging with senior or executive-level stakeholders and leading high-visibility projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex initiatives involving cross-functional teams and multiple deliverables.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to guide teams without direct authority.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting complex information to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience identifying risks and implementing solutions.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Jira.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience managing enterprise technology initiatives or complex deal structures in the technology sector.
• Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, or security technologies.
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
