Job Description

• Oversee the day-to-day management and provide leadership to critical aspects of billing operations • Develop a team to manage timely billing of claims and payment posting • Create process documentation for efficient and compliant billing workflows • Work with business leadership to provide consistent billing guidance and improve clean claim rate

Job Requirements

Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in healthcare management leading a team
Experience in oversight of projects and processes that require complex resolution
Experience working with legal and compliance partners for billing guidelines
Baseline discipline experience as a business analyst, report writer, project manager, or similar role
Ability to monitor KPIs and report on variances, risks, and improvement opportunities
