Job Requirements
- B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D., or equivalent degree, in a scientific area, and equivalent combination of relevant experience in drug, biologic, or device development
- Advanced regulatory knowledge of drug, biologic, or device development focusing on regulatory requirements for US, EU/UK, and Canada
- RAC credentials preferred
- Skills:
- Critical thinking and analytical skills, financial acumen, influencing and leading teams, risk assessment, problem solving skills, decision making, strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong computer skills, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Quality focus
- Strong emotional intelligence, customer focused leadership and decision-making skills
- Innovative, creative, and practical thinking including problem-solving skills.

The analyst will provide product filing and operational compliance support for the Retirement Division, identifying compliance issues and consulting on state filings strategy, including preparing accurate and timely filing materials. Responsibilities also involve conducting research, presenting recommendations, managing annual filings, and reviewing forms and marketing materials for state compliance.
The specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for all federal travel activities for the NOAA Office for Coastal Management (OCM), providing expert coordination for domestic, foreign, and conference travel. Key duties include serving as a subject matter expert on federal travel regulations, managing authorizations and vouchers, and developing/improving travel processes and SOPs.
