Our firm is currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Closer Team Lead

What the job looks like:
You will be responsible for training, coaching and auditing a group of closers including management of timecards and scheduling for coverage. You will be the go-to person for the group as well as the client; running monthly reports, providing constant feedback to the team; setting individual and team goals and assisting in post-closing.
Specifics:
This is a fully remote, full-time position offering benefits (health, vision, dental, and 401k).
Requirements
Must demonstrate a high level of mortgage closing knowledge.
Experience leading a group.
Excellent collaboration skills.
Adaptable with a willingness to learn.
Have excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
Strong attention to detail skills.
Encompass experience is a plus!
