Job Description

• Serve as advisor and project lead to member organizations to support the Capital Equipment Domain. • Manage projects and utilize market insight reports, technology platforms and other content for health care providers and suppliers. • Facilitate meetings and discussions with member service line leaders and executives to drive decision making. • Identify trends, utilization, serviceability, and recommendations for capital equipment strategic plans on behalf of member organizations. • Manage, monitor and track the development of calendar deliverables for capital equipment within member organizations. • Present findings and recommendations to internal, member and supplier leadership (CFOs, COOs, service line and clinical leaders). • Address member and supplier needs by leveraging expertise and recommend relevant service offerings. • Support external engagements by leveraging health care industry expertise relative to Capital Equipment. • Support decision making on data included in analytical tools and technology platforms. • Cultivate working relationships across the organization by acting as a knowledge expert on projects related to market insights. • Collaborate with key contacts and strategic leadership in member, supplier and industry organizations by building credibility and trust through ongoing advisory partnerships. • Lead projects and partner with other subject matter experts to deliver thought leadership to members around capital equipment. • Plan and manage projects including budgeting, timing, scope, tracking and resources to execute in expected value. • Leverage specialized industry knowledge and relationships to promote solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 7 or more years of experience required in Medical Capital Equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and lead large projects required.
  • Strong project management skill set required.
  • Clinical and data background in the health care industry strongly preferred.
  • Previous responsibility and knowledge of health care purchasing decisions preferred.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the year to support client relationships and business objectives.
